This is a promotional drawing in which a prize is being given away at no charge to the participants. Winners will be selected at random — it’s the luck of the draw if you’re chosen.  

Promotion Description

Starting Tuesday July 6, 2021, we will be running a giveaway for an MLB All-Star jersey of the winners choice. This giveaway is running from July 6th, 2021 until July 13th, 2021 at 12:00pm EDT. There will be one winner who will be randomly selected after.

Eligibility

You must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in Contests or win prizes offered through OwnersBox Contests. In jurisdictions, territories, and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of Contests is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must meet the age requirement in your local jurisdiction or territory. Legal residents physically located in Canada (excluding Quebec) or any of the fifty (50) states and Washington, DC in the United States of America, excluding Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Washington (the “Excluded States”) are eligible to open an account and participate in Contests offered by OwnersBox.

By entering a Contest you are representing and warranting that:

• at the time of game entry you are physically located in a jurisdiction in which participation in the Contest is not prohibited by applicable law or these Terms;

• you will abide at all times with this Agreement and any other agreements between you and OwnersBox regarding your use of the Services;
• when depositing funds or entering a Contests, you are not physically located in of any of the Excluded States;
• you are not subject to backup withholding tax from any governmental authority;
• When entering any Contest that awards prizes, you are not an Employee, Immediate Family Member, or operator of OwnersBox or any other daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes;
• You do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about Contest-related information.

Prize:

We will select one winner randomly and validate they met the criteria outlined above. That winner will be given an MLB All-Star jersey of the winner's choice, valued at roughly $150 USD.

Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from the qualified entrants.

We will reach out to the winner via email. They will have 24 hours to respond before we pick another winner.

The winner agrees that (except where prohibited) the sponsor (outlined below) may use their OwnersBox Username and Instagram username for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, illegible writing, errors and omissions on the entry form, whether caused by the sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion.
