Selecting your team.
If participating in our Head-to-Head match-ups, your roster will be selected through a live draft.
OwnersBox live drafts use the 'Snake Draft' format. Meaning the order of who picks/drafts is reversed each round.
i.e. Round 1 ( User 1, User 2, User 3, User 4)
Round 2 ( User 4, User 3, User 2, User 1)
Each contestant will have a fair chance of filling their rosters with a good set of players. Each contestant will have their own unique team as no athlete/player can be drafted by multiple contestants, and no rosters are pre-determined. Each selection is given a 1-minute time limit to draft. If a contestant does not make a decision within the time limit, a player will be auto-drafted for that selection.
*Adding players to your queue is a good way to ensure if your time limit is reached, you will at least auto-draft a player that you were already interested in.
Our draft also provides users the option to auto-pick every selection. This is useful for beginners who may not be experienced in drafting for a specific sport or who are new to Fantasy Sports. The auto-pick option will draft the best available player based on points projection for the remaining roster spots you need to fill for your team. This can also be used for someone who is unable to be present for their entire draft.
If you are disconnected from the system while in the live draft, auto-pick will automatically enable and draft your remaining players.

Managing your line-up.
For our Head-to-Head contests, under the Matchup Summary, you will see your “Lineup” button to the left. This will change the bottom portion of the screen to your lineup management view.
From here you can swap players as well as activate or bench them. Pay attention to the game opportunities on the far right side as you make changes. This number represents your total available games to earn Fantasy Points, make sure to maximize your games to earn as many Fantasy Points within the week.
You are allowed to swap a maximum of two (2) players per week. If you win your Head-to-Head (H2H) for the week and advance (in 4, 8, 16 team contests), your swaps will be refreshed and you will get two new swaps.
You can see the number of drops available on the Matchup page underneath the player scores or within the Add/Drop window beside the control buttons.
Note: If a player on your team becomes inactive, you have the ability to swap them out without consuming a swap.
