This article will guide you on how to verify your Account/Identification. This is required on our platform in order for users to participate in real-money contests, make deposits, and to allow Bonus or Promotional funds to be applied to your account.
For Web:
- Hover over your Profile Picture in the top right corner
- Select the 'Verify Account' option from the panel. (If you do not see this option, it means you are already verified on our platform and will see 'account verified' highlighted in green)
This will then open a verification window.
Note: If you are located in a restricted State, the verification window will not open for you. You will be advised via a popup message that you are located in a restricted region.
The verification window will require you to enter your Full Legal Name, Date of Birth, and Full Address.
Once you have entered this information, click verify. If successful, you will receive a message indicating this and will now have full access to our site.
If you receive any message indicating the verification failed, you may be requested to enter the last 4 digits of your SSN (USA only). Should verification still not prove successful you will need to reach out to our Customer Support department and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with completing a manual verification.
