To lock your account:
1. Navigate to your profile.
*For Web: Hover over your profile, located in the top right corner.
*For Mobile: Tap your Profile Icon in the top left corner.
2. Select Responsible Play.
*You will be taken to a window that provides further information on Parental Controls, Counselling Services and Helplines.
3. Select 'User Lockout'
4. Choose between 30 - 365 days to Lock your account.
*Once you have confirmed the Lockout request, your account will be locked out immediately, you will not have access to your account and you will not receive any e-mail notifications for the Lockout period.
Your account will automatically be re-enabled at the end of your Lockout time.
Any contest(s) that you have joined will proceed automatically with your team Auto-Drafting. You will not receive any Entry Fee refund. If you choose to proceed with your account lockout, you are agreeing to forgo any Entry Fee that you have already spent and will not be reimbursed.
*Please note, User limits cannot be modified/removed by our Customer Support team.
5. Click "Submit Request".
