Can a Player Picks entry be edited after submission?
After an entry has been submitted it is locked in and cannot be edited. If a player is injured and does not participate in the game in any way then they will be removed from your entry and the payout multiplier will be reduced. However, if that DNP results in your entry having only one leg or only players from the same team then it will be automatically canceled by OwnersBox.
When does OwnersBox cancel an entry?
OwnersBox reserves the right to cancel any active entry at any time at our sole discretion. When an entry is canceled the entry fee is refunded to your balance. Some of the reasons we would cancel a lineup are the following (but not limited to):
- DNP results in your entry having only one leg or only players from the same team then it will be automatically canceled by us.
- Lobby Error: On rare occasions, a projection may be mistakenly left in the lobby after the game has started. This is classified as a lobby error, and will cause your entry to become ineligible. Entries that include this type of lobby error will be canceled and the entry fee will be refunded.
- Lobby Error: if a blatantly wrong projection is in the lobby. For example, a Goalie to get over or under 10 saves. Entries that include this type of lobby error will be canceled and the entry fee will be refunded.
