You can swap a player anytime before their game's scheduled start time. After the scheduled start time, you have committed to the salary and have exhausted that slot. See your swap options below:
Use the Lineups Page
Make adjustments to a single lineup across all contests within that slate with the lineups page (currently only available on web). Click on the image below for a breakdown:
Global Swaps/Edits - CSV
To perform edits to multiple entries across contests you have entered on a global scale use the Global Swap button on your "Lineups", "Upcoming", or "Live" tab under Salary Cap.
Similar to the multi-swaps for a single contest with csv, download the file by selecting the options for sport and slate. Perform your edits in the exported file and then re-upload. The upload has two steps, first, it verifies the swaps and will alert you to any errors. You then ensure all the lineups you want to change are checked, and you hit submit after the verification step. You will then get a confirmation saying how many lineups were changed.
Note: Global Swap can be accessed on Mobile as well by going to the Salary Cap page and clicking "Upcoming" and then the "Swap Players" button
Mass/Multiple Swaps - CSV
To perform edits across multiple lineups within a contest, enter the contest and choose the option for CSV Lineup Editor.
Download your current lineups from the link to obtain the csv file for the contest. Once you've sorted out all of your lineup changes, upload the new csv.
Once the file has been uploaded there are two steps, first, it verifies the swaps and will alert you to any errors. Lineups that will not be changed will be indicated, such as if you were to try adding more players than available slots for a given position. You then ensure all the lineups you want to change are checked, and you hit submit after the verification step. You will then get a confirmation saying how many lineups were changed.
Individual Player Swap - Quick Swap
Quick swap allows you to make a 1-for-1 swap for a player of equal or less salary and in the same position across all lineups. Click "Quick Swap" on the "Lineups", "Upcoming", or "Live" tabs within the "Salary Cap" section of web or from the dashboard on mobile.
Use the X or - to drop a player from your lineups (left-hand panel) and select a new one from the player list (right-hand panel). There are two steps to submit the swap, the first step is when you hit "Verify Swap" and it checks to make sure that the swap works across all lineups you have that player in. It will then alert you if the swap doesn't work on some lineups (if the player you're swapping in is already on one of the lineups for example). You then hit submit to confirm the swap and the system will make the changes.
Note: If you see the same player listed twice under "Your Selected Players", it means the player is in both a normal positional slot as well as a "Flex" position. This means you have to do a quick swap separately for both because the available players will differ depending on what roster position they're being swapped into.
Individual Player Swap - Lineup Builder
You can make swaps by returning to the lineup builder for that contest. From the dashboard click into the contest where the lineup is that you want to update. You can then navigate to "My Entries" and click on "Edit Lineup" to return to the builder and make your lineup adjustments. Note on mobile you need to confirm the swaps are happening for the correct position. For example, if you're dropping the player from your SuperFlex position, then you have to click "Add SF" on the swaps screen to correctly queue the swap.
