To withdraw funds from OwnersBox, go to the withdrawal section in your account. Your current options are: Visa/MC Debit (via Fiserv), or a check sent by mail. Choose your preferred method and follow the instructions to complete the withdrawal. Visa/MC Debit withdrawals transfer funds the same day they are approved, and checks can take up to 3 weeks by mail.
Note: At this time, Canadian users can only withdraw funds via check, while our American-based users can also withdraw through Visa/MC debit. We are actively working on adding additional deposit and withdrawal methods. Note: All above timeframes are from the point of approval. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving the request. However, it may take up to 5 days for a request to be processed in rare cases. |

To make a withdrawal request on the web version of OwnersBox, Click your cash balance (in green) on the top right of the screen, this will open the wallet fly-out menu from the right. Clicking the Withdrawal button will bring you to the withdrawal page where you can see your total balance, what you currently have available to withdraw, and an opportunity to select a withdrawal method.
Mobile:
From the home screen, tap the wallet icon on the bottom right of the screen. This will bring you to your wallet. From there, you can tap on the blue "Withdraw" button to bring you to the withdrawal page. On the withdrawals page, you can select a withdrawal method, and an amount to withdraw.

Reminder: The withdrawal process is meant for winnings. Users should deposit on our platform with the intention of playing in contests. Deposit refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team. If a deposit is refunded then bonuses are revoked. |
- Entry fees are taken from your deposited balance first before any promotional bonus funds.
- Requests to withdraw a cash Bonus or Reward given by OwnersBox must first meet our 10-1 playthrough requirements unless otherwise stated. A withdrawal request submitted before this is met will be declined and you will be contacted via email.
- Withdrawal requests may be issued in the form of a refund to deposit source at our discretion as per our internal AML and fraud prevention policies or guidelines.
- If a card used to deposit has expired and is to be refunded, the funds will still go to your new card as long as the account numbers have not changed.
- If you used a prepaid credit card for a deposit, refundable amounts will be returned to that card.
- If you do not have access to the prepaid credit card used and funds are to be refunded to it, please contact our Customer Service Team before proceeding.
- All withdrawal requests from your account must be to a payment source on which you are the named account holder.
- OwnersBox reserves the right to limit withdrawal option methods on a per-account basis at their sole discretion.
