To withdraw funds from OwnersBox, go to the withdrawal section in your account. Your current options are: Visa/MC Debit (via Fiserv), or a check sent by mail. Choose your preferred method and follow the instructions to complete the withdrawal. Visa/MC Debit withdrawals transfer funds the same day they are approved, and checks can take up to 3 weeks by mail.

Note: At this time, Canadian users can only withdraw funds via check, while our American-based users can also withdraw through Visa/MC debit. We are actively working on adding additional deposit and withdrawal methods. Note: All above timeframes are from the point of approval. We typically process withdrawals within 24 hours of receiving the request. However, it may take up to 5 days for a request to be processed. |
To withdraw funds on web go to the three lines in the top right and select “Withdraw Funds”. On mobile, go to profile in the bottom right and select "Withdraw".

- Entry fees are taken from your deposited balance first before any promotional bonus funds.
- Requests to withdraw a cash Bonus or Reward given by OwnersBox must first meet our 10-1 playthrough requirements unless otherwise stated. A withdrawal request submitted before this is met will be declined and you will be contacted via email.
- Withdrawal requests may be issued in the form of a refund to deposit source at our discretion as per our internal AML and fraud prevention policies or guidelines.
- If a card used to deposit has expired and is to be refunded, the funds will still go to your new card as long as the account numbers have not changed.
- If you used a prepaid credit card for a deposit, refundable amounts will be returned to that card.
- If you do not have access to the prepaid credit card used and funds are to be refunded to it, please contact our Customer Service Team before proceeding.
- All withdrawal requests from your account must be to a payment source on which you are the named account holder.
- OwnersBox reserves the right to limit withdrawal option methods on a per-account basis at their sole discretion.
