To deposit funds on OwnersBox, use the website or mobile app. Choose from the available payment options, which are credit/debit cards like Visa and Mastercard and for users based in USA you can use Online Banking via Fiserv. The process is straightforward: log in to your account, navigate to the deposit section, select your preferred payment method, and follow the prompts to complete your transaction. The minimum deposit amount is usually $10, and the funds are credited to your account immediately without any transaction fees.
- To deposit funds visit your profile and select “Deposit Funds”
- You will be taken to the Deposit page and asked to verify your personal information if you have not already done so. This is required before being able to complete deposits. If your verification fails, reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
- Once you have verified your information, you will be presented with options for how much you wish to deposit and through which payment method.
- Deposit requests through Credit Card will require you to enter the full credit card details including card number, expiry date, and the CVV/CVV.
- Deposit requests through Online Banking (USA Only) will require you to enter your full mailing address, banking details, and SSN to connect your bank account
