Apple Giveaway - OwnersBox Promotion
From Tuesday, Sept. 5th, 2023 to Monday, Nov. 6th, 2023 we will be running a giveaway for one (1) Apple iPad (10th Gen), one (1) Apple AirPods (3rd Gen) and one (1) Apple Watch SE through the OwnersBox Battle Pass Season 1 campaign.
To enter: Users will be rewarded with one (1) entry into this giveaway once level 14 of the Battle Pass Season 1 has been completed and five (5) entries will be rewarded once level 21 of the Battle Pass Season 1 has been completed. There will be one (1) winner for each prize (3 prizes total) who will be randomly selected after the conclusion of the contest.

Promotion Description

Eligibility
You must have an OwnersBox account. You must also be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in contests, sweepstakes or win prizes offered through OwnersBox. In jurisdictions, territories, and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of Contests is greater than eighteen (18) years old, you must meet the age requirement in your local jurisdiction or territory. Legal residents physically located in Canada (excluding Quebec) or any of the fifty (50) states and Washington, DC in the United States of America, excluding Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, and Washington (the “Excluded States”) are eligible to open an account and participate in contests, sweepstakes or win prizes offered by OwnersBox. By having an OwnersBox account you are representing and warranting that:
- You are of 18 years of age or older (or the minimum age for permissible use in your jurisdiction)
- At the time of game entry you are physically located in a jurisdiction in which participation in the Contest is not prohibited by applicable law or these Terms;
- You are not listed on any governmental list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- You will abide at all times with this Agreement and any other agreements between you and OwnersBox regarding your use of the Services;
- When depositing funds or entering Contests, you are not physically located in of any of the Excluded States;
- You are not subject to backup withholding tax from any governmental authority;
- When entering any Contest that awards prizes, you are not an Employee, Immediate Family Member, or operator of OwnersBox or any other daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes;
- You do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about Contest-related information.
Prize
We will randomly select one winner for each prize and validate they met the criteria outlined above. Each winner will be given either one (1) Apple iPad (10th Gen), one (1) Apple AirPods (3rd Gen) or one (1) Apple Watch.
How to Enter:
Entries into this giveaway must be done through Battle Pass Season 1. Users will be rewarded with one (1) entry into this giveaway once level 14 of the Battle Pass Season 1 has been completed and five (5) entries will be rewarded once level 21 of the Battle Pass Season 1 has been completed. There will be one (1) winner for each prize (3 prizes total) who will be randomly selected after the conclusion of the contest.
Winner Selection
The winners will be chosen at random from the qualified entrants. We will draw, announce and contact the winners on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023.
Winner Notification
We will reach out to the winner via the email associated with their OwnersBox account. They will have 3 days to respond before we pick another winner.
Limitation of Liability
The winner agrees that (except where prohibited) the sponsor (outlined below) may use their OwnersBox Username and Instagram username for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, illegible writing, errors and omissions on the entry form, whether caused by the sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs), false information of any kind, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Offers void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws.
